Package has not reached

Asalamu Alaikum, I’m very disappointed as my package has still not reached me. I had placed the order on 11/22/23 and I received an email regarding my package status saying it will reach 11/30/23. However it still has not reached and when I checked the status of it, it is saying that the package is stuck in customs due to a clearance delay and awaiting more information regarding the package from the shipper. My order number is #98743138577294. I had sent an email regarding this as well and had never received a reply, I’m truly disappointed as I have no idea now if my package will reach me at all now and how long it will now take. I would please appreciate someone from your team to please look into this matter as I feel very disappointed that my order has not reached.
